Training Philosophy:
It is important as an instructor to be a guide on the side,
not a sage on the stage. Since technology is changing so rapidly,
she takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable learning environment
where participants have an opportunity to ask questions, practice
new skills, and share their own experience. She encourages
substantial interaction between participants and herself so
she may check for understanding and respond to questions.
Grace believes that information presented must have practical
application to the students and in their work place. She sees
her role as helping students develop the skills that will
make their jobs easier. |
